"Just got it and the fit feels right"
I just tried it on, so this is fresh in my mind, but the fit was good. The sizing felt mostly accurate and I didn’t really have any issues with it.

I ordered a few dive items and was pleasantly surprised that the shipping cost was actually reasonable. I was expecting it to jump way up at checkout, so that was nice. The only small downside was that the tracking updates weren’t super detailed, so I wasn’t totally sure when it would show up. But the package arrived in good shape, everything was fine, and I’d probably order from them again

"Shipping to Canada Was Legit"
I ordered some fins and a mask to Canada, the whole thing went smooth. The tracking updated like it should, and the package showed up during the week they said it would. The box had a little dent, but everything inside was totally fine. I was kinda nervous ordering from overseas, not gonna lie, but it was all good in the end.

"Really slow replies, but it was okay in the end"
The help did come through eventually, but the replies were slow. Like, really slow. I kept waiting and waiting, and it felt like it took way longer than it should have. The support was okay once they finally got back to me, but the delay was frustrating.

"Good gear, and I felt comfortable using it"
I ordered a mask and fins from Scubastore, the quality was better than I expected for the price. I’m cautious with dive gear and don’t like taking chances with anything I’m relying on in the water, so I checked everything over before using it. The mask feels solid and fits better than my old one.
The fins also seem well made, with none of that cheap plastic feel. I’ve used them twice now and haven’t had any issues, but I’ll still keep an eye on how they hold up over time. So far though, I’m happy with what I got.

I usually end up using Scubastore because they just have loads of gear to choose from. I’ve found wetsuits, fins, masks, and even little spare parts there that I couldn’t get at my local shops. It makes it way easier to compare things without bouncing around a bunch of different sites. So far, I’m happy with what they’ve got.

I had to send back a wetsuit because the size didn’t work for me. I was expecting the return shipping to be a hassle or end up costing a bunch, but it was actually reasonable and easy to arrange.
